We Spoke at Photo Booth Live Orlando, and It Was Incredible

Last Saturday, August 22nd, Vaasu and I had the privilege of being on stage atPhoto Booth Live Orlando 2026. I’ve been to conferences before, but there’s something different about being invited to speak at one in your own industry, surrounded by people who are building the same kind of businesses you are. It was humbling, energizing, and honestly still sinking in.

For those unfamiliar, Photo Booth Live is a full-day business conference built specifically for photo booth operators. Seven speakers on stage. Over six hours of sessions. More than a hundred operators in the room. And yes, an after party at Topgolf Orlando that was every bit as fun as it sounds.

What We Shared

Our session focused on how photo booth operators can streamline their entire business lifecycle using TalleFlow. We walked through the full journey: lead capture and automated follow-ups, proposals that close faster, contracts and invoices that take minutes instead of hours, and post-event sequences that keep clients coming back.

What made the talk special wasn’t just the content. It was the room. These are people who live this workflow every single day. They know the pain of chasing down a signed contract at 11pm the night before an event. They know what it’s like to have five leads come in on a Monday and lose track of two by Wednesday. When we showed them how TalleFlow solves those exact problems, the nods in the audience told us everything we needed to know.

We’d already been preparing our talk for weeks, simplifying what we wanted to say so it would land clearly in a live setting. That preparation made the delivery feel natural, and the Q&A afterward was one of the best parts. People had real, specific questions about their workflows, and we got to answer them in real time.

What We Took Away

But honestly, the best part of the day wasn’t being on stage. It was everything in between.

The conversations during breaks. The operators who came up to us afterward and said, “I’ve been looking for exactly this.” The chance to hear other brilliant speakers share their strategies and perspectives.

Kelly Haynie’s session on service recovery was a masterclass. She broke down her top five service defects and shared her exact recovery playbook. Ryan Salinas brought the energy (as always) with actionable strategies for scaling. Sharone Reid and Jeff Libby both delivered talks that had me taking notes for our own business, not just our product.

Every session pushed me to think bigger about what we’re building and who we’re building it for. That’s the magic of being in a room with people who are ahead of you in some ways and alongside you in others. You leave sharper.

The Community

One thing that stood out to me about this event is how tight-knit the photo booth community is. People weren’t just there to absorb information. They were there to connect, to catch up, to build relationships that extend far beyond the conference room. The networking between sessions was just as valuable as the sessions themselves.

And the after party at Topgolf? That’s where walls come down and real conversations happen. I had some of my best exchanges of the day with a golf club in one hand and a drink in the other. That’s the kind of environment where partnerships form and ideas spark.

Gratitude

I want to take a moment to genuinely thank the Photo Booth Live team, especially Ryan, for giving us the opportunity to be part of this. Being invited to speak at a conference in your own industry is a huge deal. It means someone looked at what you’re building and said, “That’s worth sharing with this room.” We don’t take that lightly.

To everyone who attended, who sat through our session, who came up to us afterward, who dropped us a message or added themselves to the attendee directory: thank you. That energy is what keeps us going. It reminds us why we started TalleFlow in the first place.

And to Vaasu, my co-founder, for being up there with me: couldn’t do this without you.

What’s Next

If you were in the room and you’re ready to take your workflow to the next level, you know where to find us. We have a special offer exclusively for Orlando attendees, and we’d love to help you streamline your operations so you can spend less time on admin and more time doing the work that actually matters.

Photo Booth Live Houston is coming up on November 8th, and attendees from Orlando can grab a ticket for just $99. We’ll be there too. If Orlando was any indication, Houston is going to be something special.

See you there.
