Early November brings two changes for the money and booking side of your events: payment reminders built into invoices, and guest limits on public booking pages.
TalleFlow is a CRM for creatives, built for photo booth businesses and event pros.
Payment reminders, built in
Your client gets a reminder before the due date. Payment reminders live under Settings > Alerts & Reminders > System Reminders, in the Payment reminders group. There are four of them: one 7 days before the due date, one on the due date, and two past-due follow-ups (defaults are 2 days and 7 days past due; you pick the day counts). All four are on by default, and they run on every plan, including the free Freelancer plan.
Each reminder is an email with a Pay now button, and the same notice shows in the client portal. It covers deposits and milestones on a schedule. Once the invoice is paid, the reminders stop. You can change the past-due timing, edit the email, or switch the group off in that same System Reminders screen.
These reminders follow the invoice due date, separate from your workflow automations.
Try it: open Settings > Alerts & Reminders > System Reminders, confirm Payment reminders is on, and send a test invoice with a deposit due next week.

Booking pages: guests up to your limit
On a public booking page, bookers can add extra people by email. The field is labeled Additional guests, with an Add guest button. How many they can add comes from Max additional guests on the session in your scheduler settings.
Try it: open a session, set Max additional guests to 2, preview the public booking page, and add a second guest email before you confirm.
