What’s New in TalleFlow (Early September): Multi-Page Documents, Studio Reports & Faster Brand Setup

Two back-to-back releases landed in early September — Clearer Documents, Better Visibility & Smarter Setup (Sep 5) and Smarter Setup, Clearer Timing & Better Visibility (Sep 7). Here’s what matters for event pros and creatives running their studio in TalleFlow. For the full bullet list, stay on Sleekplan.

Documents clients can actually step through

Multi-page documents let clients move through proposals, brochures, contracts, and invoices page by page — including a page stepper in the brochure and portal experience. Paid and awaiting-payment statuses now match more clearly across the document. Safer multi-page send and share reduces mishaps when you share a long client pack.

Try it: build the next proposal as a multi-page document, then preview the stepper as your client will see it.

Visibility for owners

Studio reports add pipeline, bookings, cash, offerings, and team widgets you can hide, reorder, and save as filter views — with CSV export when you need a deeper cut.

Lead response reports show average time to first email and first document, by studio and by teammate, so you can see how fast inquiries get answered.

Payment views also got clearer Stripe fees and Net, and clients can receive payment receipt emails. Expenses stay where they belong: next to the work that earned them.

Crew that schedules like an event business

Shift-first crew scheduling lets teammates claim open seats and owners assign from the calendar — built for how booth and event crews actually work, not a full HR suite. See also Crew & Team.

Less blank-slate setup

Website brand detection — paste your studio website during onboarding or add-business to draft logo, colors, socials, and address for review.

Scheduled studio emails — queue project and contact emails (including replies) for later sends. Pair with reusable message templates (subject/body in Preferences) for project/contact email and automations.

Also in these releases: studio timezone in General settings, public booking timezone display, timeline wall-clock times anchored to project start/end, and project info you can insert into calendar meeting descriptions.

Mobile preview notes

Mobile remains a private preview — not a public App Store launch. These releases add Face ID and fuller mobile calendar/lists polish for people already in preview.
