Staff Teams for projects and automations
Create named teams under Members, assign them to projects and tasks, and pick a team in automations so roster changes resolve when the automation runs instead of re-picking individuals every time. Built for how event crews and creative studios actually move people across jobs, not a full HR suite. See also Crew & Team.
Try it: name one team you already use on jobs, assign it to an active project, then pick that team in an automation instead of listing people by hand.
Document brand settings (and one file that can diverge)
Set document colors and branding on your Branding page, then apply them across Unlayer with undo when you need a second look. Freeze brand at signed or paid so finished files stay true to what the client accepted. If your studio look moves ahead of older files, you get a stale-brand prompt instead of a silent mismatch.
From the editor palette, keep Inherited brand or set This file so one document can diverge without changing every file in the studio.
Try it: set document brand on the Branding page, apply it to a proposal in Unlayer, then flip one file to This file if that client needs a different look.
Sent-file home and control when you Resend
Land on a sent-file home with status and last-sent timing. Save unpublished drafts without resetting signatures. Publish a new live version only when you Resend, so clients keep signing the last sent copy until you are ready.
Also in this release: customize thank-you screens and logos for contact forms, questionnaires, and brochures, while clients paginate to the last page before submit and see a polished confirmation in the portal. Document completed automations can wait for a file to finish using prior sends, specific templates, or any project file, with Select file modes that match how you already run familiar select-file flows.
Try it: open a sent file, save a draft edit without Resend, then Resend only when the live copy should update.

Time-off approval: staff policies so member time-off requests stay pending until an owner approves, with a queue and calendar states
Service inventory recipes: inventory lines on service items so package bookings, signing gates, and fulfillment previews include gear from included items and add-ons
Project archive: a clearer archive flow instead of cancel-only paths that were harder to revisit
Reports filter upgrades: multi-select type, source, and team filters, plus next and previous on email performance
Internal-only timelines: keep a timeline in the studio and out of the client portal, including PDF QR codes
Document list status chips: Draft, In Progress, and Completed tiers aligned to invoice payment truth
Project activity history: project creation, contact changes, and detail edits in the project activity feed
Resend and sent-file cleanup: notify parties when you Resend a live file, delete sent files until someone acts on them, and hide voided rows
