This mid October release is about offers that close on time, job days your crew can work from a phone, and document share emails that go out through your own domain or mailbox. TalleFlow is a CRM for creatives, built for photo booth businesses and event pros, and here's what this update changes in the way you book and work events. Full detail is in the changelog.
Offer deadlines on documents
Set an offer clock on a document. When time runs out, signing, questionnaires, and payment lock, so an offer can't be signed or paid after its window closes. Staff can expire, extend, or reactivate an offer, and you can turn on an optional reminder the day before it ends.
Try it: add an offer clock to your next proposal, turn on the reminder for the day before, and extend it if the client asks for more time.
Job day from the mobile app
On the day of the event, your crew can run clock-in, job stages, equipment checks, and job photos from the TalleFlow mobile app. Owners manage crew day boards and stage labels in settings.
Try it: set your stage labels in settings, then have a crew member clock in and add job photos from the mobile app at your next event.
Marketplace jobs in one place
Post a job from the listing wizard with a title and a city, and browse jobs right beside listings. Matching takes capacity into account and sends alerts in waves.
Try it: open the listing wizard, add a title and city, and post your first job.
Client email routing for document shares
Route client email for document shares through your verified domain or a connected mailbox. Reply-To handling is also clearer across automations, compose, and receipts.
Try it: verify your domain or connect your mailbox, then share a document with a client and check the sender line.
Also shipped
Contacts and addresses by country: phones, postcodes, and address labels follow each record's country instead of defaulting to United States rules

Temperature in your unit: see weather in Celsius or Fahrenheit, set from your business country or an override in settings
Member connection requests: accept or decline inbound community connection requests from the Members tab without opening a profile
Project type cleanup: delete unused project types right away, with a short undo window in place of a confirmation dialog every time
