This mid-September release — What’s New in TalleFlow — Human Approvals, Brochure Proposals & Document Integrity — is about control where it matters: who approves automation steps, how clients choose packages, what they see when they open a sent document, and how backdrop feedback comes back to you. Here’s what matters for event pros and creatives running their studio in TalleFlow. Full detail stays on Sleekplan.
Human approval on gated automations
Automation approval gates let you require a person before a sensitive step runs. Assign approvers, review from a Home queue or the project Automations tab, bulk approve when the queue is clear, or skip-and-continue past one step. Owner/Admin analytics help you see how gated work is moving — so sensitive actions don’t run unattended.
Try it: pick one automation that touches money, contracts, or client-facing sends and add an approval gate before the next run.
Brochure proposals clients can actually choose from
Brochure proposals and package selection put pick-one or multi-select package and add-on choices in the portal, with live totals that update as clients select. Submit lives in portal chrome — not buried inside the brochure.
Also in this lane: a proposal builder walkthrough (guided tour with a static editor mock) so the flow is clear before you send your first brochure, and brochure submitted notifications — in-app and email alerts when a client submits, with notification settings and deep links straight to follow-up work. Product notifications only — not marketing campaigns.
Try it: send a brochure with packages and add-ons, then open the portal view and watch the live total as you toggle selections.
Sent documents that match what you sent
Sent document snapshot integrity opens sent and signed documents from the locked share snapshot by default. Clients sign on authenticated portal links. Stricter share activation, merge-tag checks, and one-invoice-page rules tighten the path from send to view — so what clients see matches what you sent.
Backdrop library and client review
Upload custom backdrops, organize them into collections, and share them on projects. When clients leave template or backdrop feedback in the portal Designs tab, you get notified — so design review stays next to the work instead of scattered across inboxes.
