Mid November is about getting into TalleFlow faster if you are leaving BoothBook, and tightening how bookings land on the right host.
TalleFlow is a CRM for creatives, built for photo booth businesses and event pros.
Move a BoothBook account from Migrate
BoothBook migration is in beta on paid plans and free trials. As the business owner, open Migrate, choose BoothBook, and connect with your account URL and API credentials. TalleFlow stages your data encrypted on the server, shows a preview before anything imports, and only then opens the handoff prompt for your AI assistant.
Your AI assistant finishes the import over MCP without ever receiving BoothBook API keys. The MCP handoff is on paid plans and free trials.
Try it: as the business owner on a paid plan or free trial, open Migrate, connect BoothBook with your account URL and API credentials, confirm the preview of your data, then run the handoff prompt in your usual MCP client.
More on switching: Switching from BoothBook.
Scheduling: team assignment and collective hosts
Booking automation can place new bookings onto the team with round-robin style balance, and calendar filters help you see the right slice of the schedule. Collective host scheduling covers multi-host sessions that need more than one person on the job.
Try it: review team assignment or collective hosts on a session type in Scheduling, and test a slot on your public booking page.
Public business cards, a bit richer
Public business cards can show Google reviews from a Google Maps link, sync Quo contact details, and use form blocks on the member card editor page so each teammate's card matches how you sell.
Try it: open a member card, check the review and contact blocks, and preview the public page before you share it.
