Bring Floor Plans to Life Inside Your Client Workspace: TalleFlow × Prismm

Bring Floor Plans to Life Inside Your Client Workspace: TalleFlow × Prismm

About Prismm

Prismm is Cvent’s spatial design platform for events. Teams create interactive floor plans, visualize layouts, and collaborate on room design with clients and vendors. It gives planners, venues, and production crews a shared source of truth long before show day.

About the TalleFlow × Prismm Integration

You can now access your Prismm floor plans directly inside a TalleFlow project. A dedicated Floor Plans tab lists the plans you’ve created in Prismm for that project, so your team can open the right layout, align on details, and bring it into client-facing work without switching tools.

What you can do

  • View your Prismm floor plans inside the project. The Floor Plans tab shows every plan linked to the project, so your team finds what they need fast.
  • Preview without leaving TalleFlow. Open a plan to confirm layout choices, room flows, and setups while you’re already in context.
  • Attach a plan to client-facing work. Insert a selected plan into a proposal or surface it in the client portal so clients see the space where decisions happen.
  • Keep context in one place. Notes, tasks, contracts, and payments live next to the plan. Less email ping-pong and fewer lost links.
  • Move faster to “yes.” Clients review the plan, then approve, sign, and pay in the same flow.

Why this matters

Visuals drive decisions. When floor plans sit in a separate system, approvals slow down and context gets lost. By placing Prismm inside the project, TalleFlow keeps conversations, documents, and payments together. Creatives deliver a smoother experience for clients and wrap projects faster with fewer surprises on site.

How it works

  1. Connect Prismm to TalleFlow from your integrations page.
  2. Open a project and go to Floor Plans. Your linked Prismm plans appear automatically.
  3. Preview a plan to review zones, seating, and flow with your team.
  4. Attach the plan to a proposal or enable it in the client portal so stakeholders can review in context.
  5. Send for approval and complete the workflow. Your client reviews the layout, signs the agreement, and pays in TalleFlow.

Real-world uses

  • Venue walks and production huddles. Pull up the plan during prep, add tasks against it, and assign owners on the spot.
  • Client sign-off. Share a proposal that includes the plan they just discussed, then finalize with signature and payment in one sitting.
  • Change tracking. When layout tweaks happen, your team has the latest plan visible next to the project timeline and files.
  • Multi-vendor alignment. Photographers, decorators, and AV teams reference the same plan inside the project so everyone sets up correctly.

Availability and access

The integration is available to all TalleFlow users with active Prismm accounts. Admins can enable it in Settings → Integrations. Project members see the Floor Plans tab based on their project permissions, and only authorized users can attach plans to proposals or the client portal.

A note from the team

TalleFlow exists to help creatives work together without friction. Bringing Prismm into the project is a simple change that saves time every week and makes approvals more visual, which is how your clients already think.

What’s next

We’re continuing to deepen the workflow. Coming improvements include richer plan metadata in the tab, quick links to related tasks, and smarter suggestions when you build proposals. Tell us which enhancements would help your team most.

Try the Prismm integration today: Connect Prismm in TalleFlow, open your project, and head to Floor Plans. Preview, share, sign, and get paid—start to finish.
