2
Bring your contacts in
Export what your Check Cherry account lets you export. Then import your contacts from a CSV or XLSX file and map the columns.
3
Rebuild packages, then go live
Rebuild your packages and contract templates, turn on automations on Essentials, then point your website booking links to TalleFlow when you are ready. Recreate your active jobs as you go. Want a hand? Book a demo and we’ll walk through import, portal branding, and your first automation.
4
Brand the portal, connect Stripe
Add your logo, colors, and fonts to the client portal and connect Stripe so clients can pay by card or bank transfer. Add email marketing on Essentials when you are ready.
You can keep Check Cherry running while you move. Finish current bookings where they are and send new inquiries to TalleFlow. Questions first? Talk to us from Contact, or read how contact import works on our CRM migration page.
What comes with you vs what you set up fresh
Think of the move as two piles. One comes across from Check Cherry. The other is a fresh setup, which is a good moment to tidy your packages and refresh your brand.
Comes with you
Your contacts, imported from a CSV or XLSX file with column mapping
Your Check Cherry export, kept on file for event history
Set up fresh
Projects, invoices, packages, and contract templates
Automations on Essentials and your website booking links
Branding for your client portal
What your clients experience
Clients still book, review proposals, sign, pay, and open a client portal. With TalleFlow, your logo, colors, and fonts carry into that portal.
A branded client portal
Clients open a branded client portal to review files, e-sign, and pay. They sign in with a magic link, so there is no new password to remember.
Questionnaires in the portal
Clients finish questionnaires, sign contracts, and pay invoices inside the portal.
Your brand up front
Proposals, invoices, and emails go out under your business name, and your logo, colors, and fonts carry into the portal.

Questions, answered
What transfers from Check Cherry to TalleFlow?
Your contacts, imported from a CSV or XLSX file. Projects and invoices from another CRM are not imported automatically, so you recreate active work in TalleFlow. Packages, contract templates, and automations get set up fresh. Keep your Check Cherry export on file for history.
How do clients pay?
Clients pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe, right inside the branded client portal.
Is MCP available, and can it move my Check Cherry account?
On paid TalleFlow plans you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to your CRM data with TalleFlow MCP. Freelancer cannot connect. It does not move a Check Cherry account for you. For contacts, use CSV export and import, or book a demo and we’ll walk through the import. See the MCP integration page for details.
Does TalleFlow run booth ops like BoothBook?
No. Need deep staff rotas, GPS clock-in, or unit fleet assignment? BoothBook still owns that ops layer. Snappic runs the booth experience. TalleFlow runs the business side.
Is Freelancer really free compared with a Check Cherry trial?
Yes. Freelancer is free and includes a $10 one-time invoice send pass (Stripe fees still apply). Check Cherry lists a 14-day free trial (Oct 2026). You can keep Check Cherry running while you move.
Where does Snappic fit?
Snappic runs the booth experience. TalleFlow runs the business side. Snappic connects on paid plans, so booth leads and event data sync into TalleFlow for proposals, follow-up, and portal work. See the Snappic integration for details.
