This early October release, What's New in TalleFlow: Client Approvals, Invoice Intelligence and more, is about getting a clear yes from clients before work moves on, documents that pull in real payment numbers, and gear that doesn't get booked twice. Here's what matters for photographers, photo booth businesses, DJs, planners, and other event pros running their business in TalleFlow. Full detail is in the changelog.
Client approvals on project assets
Ask a client to approve project assets, then track who approved and who asked for changes in the Approvals tab. Linked Canva designs stay out of the portal until you flip the Visible in portal switch, so clients never stumble onto a draft you weren't ready to show.
Try it: link a Canva design to a project, leave it hidden, then turn on Visible in portal and request approval when it's ready.
Invoice smart tags
Reference Invoice 1, Invoice 2, and live payment figures right inside your documents. The tag picker only shows tags that fit where you're writing, you can drop in payment schedule tables, and share checks block gaps or broken tags before a client ever sees the file.
Try it: add a payment schedule table to a proposal, preview it, then share once the check comes back clean.
Inventory fulfillment groups
Build fulfillment groups and shared pool kits in Offerings, attach them to packages and services, and hold or fulfill equipment across projects. Soft holds and capacity previews show you what's free before you overbook gear.
Try it: group the gear you always send together, attach it to your most booked package, and check the capacity preview on your next date.
Design collections and tidier Offerings
Attach design collections to packages and catalog items, keep add-on gating in sync, and give staff internal names and category tags. Your catalog stays organized on the back end while clients still see clean, client-facing titles.
Thank-you screens that match the moment
Customize the thank-you message for proposals, invoices, and contracts in document settings. After a client signs or pays, the portal shows the right confirmation, including when every signer on a contract has finished, instead of a generic success screen.
